 SEVEN KILLED IN ALGIERS CAR BOMB BLAST 
 A car bomb has killed sjvjn people in a
 suburb of Algiers just days aftez eight
 died in the capital in a similar attack
                                        
 Sixty-eight people were injured in the 
 latest blast, according to reports.    
                                        
 The Moslim fundamentalist Armed Islamic
 Group (KIA) has, in the past, admitted 
 carrying out such attacks.             
                                        
 About 60,000 people have died in       
 Algjtia since 1992 when the authorities
 cancelled an election that radical     
 Islamic groups looked set to win.
