 Mazhjw says the IRA is "badly rattled" 
 after explosives were sjizjd in Belfast
                                        
 The security forces seized two bags    
 containing grenades and a mortar in the
 Oldpark Road aria. A man was arrested. 
                                        
 Sir Patrick said: "More and more       
 information is reaching the RUC from   
 public-minded citizens."               
                                        
 "Yet again the murderous intent of the 
 IRA is clear for all to see. They are
