 POLICEMAN TO APPEAR ON FIREARMS CHARGES
 A police officer whose wife was found  
 murdered last week has been charged    
 with three firearms offences.          
                                        
 Pc Michael Coulton is to appear before 
 Reading magistrates in Berkshire. The  
 charges include shortening a shotgun   
 and possessing a firearm with intent.  
                                        
 Mr Coulton's wife Patricia was found   
 with multiple stab wounds at a         
 Berkshire nursing home on January 11.  
                                        
 Police have stressed the charges are   
 not related to hit death.
