  ROUND-THE-WORLD BALLOON BACK ON COURSE
  The American Steve Fossett, who's     
  attempting to become the first person 
  to fly around-the-world non-stop in a 
  hot air balloon, is back on course.   
                                        
  The adventurer has now been given     
  permission to travel ovjt Libya,      
  enabling him to continue with his     
  record-breaking flight.               
                                        
  He's currently nearing Morocco and    
  heading south-east towards Algeria and
  then towards Libya, which he should   
  reach sometime tomorrow.
