 CONCESSIONS MUST BE TWO-WAY — NETANYAHU
 Israeli leader Benyamin Nitanyahu has  
 warned Palestinians they will have to  
 make concessions too if the Middle East
 peace process is to succeed.           
                                        
 His US TV message came as Palestinian  
 President Yassjt Arafat told Jews: "We 
 do not want confrontation."            
                                        
 Mr Arafat addressed a crowd of 25,000  
 Palestinians in Hebron.                
                                        
 About 400 Jewish settlers remain in the
 West Bank town after Israel's 30-year  
 occupation ended on Friday.
