 INLAND REVENUE LENDS A HAND TO BUILDERS
 The Inland Revenue has published a new 
 leaflet for construction workers called
 "Workers in Building and Construction -
 Help with tax for employees and the    
 self employed".                        
                                        
 It has been prepared in consultation   
 with building industry representatives.
                                        
 Last Novjmbjt, the Inland Rjvjnuj and  
 the Contributions Agency announced     
 plans to help contractors in the       
 construction industry review the
