 CLINTON-YELTSIN SUMMIT SET FOR MARCH   
 Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin are to  
 hold a summit meeting on March 20-21 it
 has been announced.                    
                                        
 The US and Russian Presidents will meet
 in Helsinki in Finland.                
                                        
 The news follows talks between Mr      
 Clinton and Russian Prime Minister     
 Viktor Chjtnomzrdin at the White House.
                                        
 It was originally thought the meeting  
 would bj held in the US. The move to   
 Europe is thought to result from Mr    
 Yeltsin's poor health.
