 POLICE TRY TO TRACE MAN OVER BILLIE-JO 
 Police have issued a description of a  
 man they are sjikjng in connection with
 the murdjt of 13-year-old Billie-Jo    
 Jenkins, in Hastings, East Sussex.     
                                        
 They said the man was white, slim,     
 5'10" and in his late 40s. Hi had      
 fairish, wispy hair and scarring or a  
 birthmark on his forehead and nose.    
                                        
 Hi visited at least one house in the   
 area on Saturday looking for a room.   
                                        
 Billie-Jo was beaten to death in hit   
 home with a metal tent spike.
