 ISRAELI PEACE OFFER THROWN OUT BY SYRIA
 Syria has rejected Israel's conditions 
 for resuming peace talks which broke   
 off in Fedruary last year.             
                                        
 Israeli PM Benjamin Nitanzahu said the 
 talks should start from scratch instead
 of picking up on the earlier round.
