 BOY BOMB MAKER DETAINED FOR FOUR YEARS 
 A 15-year-old bomb makjt with a        
 "disturbing obsession" with explosives 
 has been ordered to bj detained in a   
 secure unit for four years.            
                                        
 The boy blew up a caravan door, Truro  
 Crown Court had heard.                 
                                        
 The judge decided there was a high risk
 the youth, who cannot bj identified,   
 could re-offend.                       
                                        
 The youth had admitted charges of      
 making explosive substances and of     
 possessing a home made gun.
