 have seized a key strategic town, a UN 
 source has said.                       
                                        
 The town of Kinds has fallen and       
 agencies have ordered the jmacuatioL of
 foreign aid workers froI njarbz Tinge  
 (inge refugee camp, hj added.          
                                        
 The town is a heavily fortified        
 transport hub on the Zaire Rivet. Its  
 airport was used by the Zaire military.
                                        
 Tinge Tinge holds some 170,000 Rwandan 
 and Burundian refugees.
