 PREMIER LEAGUE PROBE FINDS ILLEGALITIES
 A four-year Premier Ljaguj inquiry has 
 uncovered a number of illegal payments 
 — or so-called "bungs".                
                                        
 The investigation into improper        
 payments made by football agents       
 identifies examples including the 1992 
 transfer of Teddy Shjringham to Spurs. 
                                        
 But the 400-page report clears a number
 of people alleged to have been involved
                                        
 The Chief Executive of the Premiership 
 Peter Ljavjr says it shows that
