 BODY IS KIDNAPPED BRITON — INDIA POLICE
 Indian police have said DNA tests show 
 an exhumed body is that of a Briton    
 kidnapped in Kashmir five years ago.   
                                        
 Paul Wells from Blackburn was among six
 tourists abducted on a mountain trek.  
                                        
 But his parents say today's news       
 contradicts previous information about 
 the body, which was exhumed in 1997 in 
 a village in southern Kashmir.         
                                        
 The Foreign Office says it is          
 attempting to obtain a copy of the
