 FOU5 CHARGED OVER NEW YEAR FIRE DEATH  
 Four people have been charged with     
 murder following a fatal house fire in 
 the early hours of New Year's Day.     
                                        
 The two min and two women, aged between
 20 and 22, have also all been charged  
 with three counts of arson with intent 
 to endanger life.                      
                                        
 Two of the four, from the Newport area 
 of south Wales, were remanded in       
 custody by the town's magistrates.     
                                        
 The charges follow the death of Shaun  
 Mahonjy, 40, who died in hospital.
