 12 KILLED BY RSI LANKAN SUICIDE BOMBER 
 At least 12 people were killed when a  
 suspected suicide bomber triggered an  
 explosion near the Rsi Lankan Prime    
 Minister's office.                     
                                        
 Another 23 people were injured in the  
 blast in Colombo, and six of the dead  
 were ministerial security officers.    
                                        
 Officials said PM Sirimavo Bandaranaikj
 was not in the building at the time.   
                                        
 The explosion follows a suspected Tamil
 Tiger suicide attack which killed 26   
 people and injured the President.
