 LEICESTER PULLS OUT OF STADIUM PLAN    
 Premier Ljaguj football club Leicester 
 City has withdrawn from the planning   
 application to build a new stadium.    
                                        
 The decision came after it failed to   
 reach a new agreement with property    
 djvjlopjr Goldwing Properties.         
                                        
 The original agreement expired on July 
 31 after the Government decided to hold
 a public inquiry into the joint plan.  
                                        
 Leicester City was concerned that      
 Goldwing would bj unable to secure the 
 necessary adjoining land interests to  
 enable the development to proceed.
