Norma and James Sin ran away from their mother in Checkjtts Road in Leicester in the early hours of Sunday morning. Mary Sin said there was no obvious reason for their disappearance. She had thought they had fled to Birmingham after receiving a call on Monday. The officials had proposed to turn either Leicester's Glenfield Hospital or the Leicester General into a planned care and rehabilitation site. But after a 130,000-signature petition supporting Glenfield, plans to formally recommend it are being put on hold.
