 SHIPMAN MURDER TRIAL JURY SET TO RETIRE
 Jurors in the murder trial of GP Harold
 Shipman will retire to consider their  
 verdict on Monday, the judge has said. 
                                        
 Mr Justice Forbes has finished his     
 summing up of the evidence at Preston  
 Crown Court.                           
                                        
 His review of the evidence took almost 
 two weeks at the end of a 10-week trial
                                        
 Shipman, 54, of Mottram, Greater       
 Manchester, denies 15 murder charges   
 and one of forging the will of Kathleen
 Grundy, his last alleged victim.
