 The person responsible for the sexual  
 mutilation of horses is most likely to 
 bj a paranoid schizophrenic man, a     
 retired criminal psychologist says.    
                                        
 Tony Black, chief psychologist at      
 Broadmoor in 1986, said hj probably had
 a mental disorder and believed horses  
 had a special significance.            
                                        
 He added: "It is likely that hj works  
 or worked in the horsey world."
