 EURO DISNEY CLOSURE THREAT             
                                        
 Euro Disney's auditors have said the   
 thjmj park near Paris might not survive
 if a financial rescue plan fails.      
                                        
 The resort has announced annual losses 
 of more than £600m and said it was in  
 talks with banks on a survival package.
                                        
 A formal report by its auditors stated 
 that the company might bj unable to    
 continue as a going concern if the     
 restructuring is not completed.
