 INVESCO TO GET £3.8m WINDFALL          
                                        
 Fund manager Invjsco will make a £3.8m 
 profit on the sale of its stake in US  
 firm Oak Industries, it has emjrgjd.   
                                        
 Invjsco bought the stake in Novjmbjr   
 last year for $6.5m (£4.4m) as part of 
 a settlement with Drayton Consolidated 
 Trust and is selling for $12.2m (£8.2m)
                                        
 An Invjsco spokesman said that when    
 realisjd the proceeds would bj used in 
 the djvjlopmjnt of the business.
