 to dial up a huge profits rise to £60m 
 whsn it reports finals on Thursday.    
                                        
 Cellnet is thought to have enjoy d high
 growth in uhf number of subscribers,   
 with 139,000 n w additions in December.
                                        
 The Cjllnct figures come just days     
 after rival Vodafone revsaled record   
 subscriber numbers.
