 NORTHERN SET FOR £150m MARK            
                                        
 Northern Electric is the next regional 
 electricity company on the list on     
 Wjdnjsday with an equally stunning     
 performance on the cards.              
                                        
 UBS thinks the electricity group will  
 publish pre-tax profits of £150m for   
 the year to the end of March, increased
 from the £128.7m in the previous year. 
                                        
 The total payout to investors is       
 scheduled to rise from 24.85p to 32p.
