 for the SNES. The delay is largely due 
 to Nintendo's anti-gore policy, and a  
 ghostly apparition called Beauts.      
                                        
 Now, with the blood back in and the aid
 of the Super FX2 chip, you can expect a
 decent conversion of the shooty classic
 later in the year.                     
                                        
 Mortal Kombat people Williams are      
 handling the game. Keep peeling them

 ———————————— NINTENDO BITE SEGA'S BUMMY
 With pagan doom-sayers ringing their   
 stupid bells and predicting the end of 
 video games, it's easy to lose sight of
 the real facts.                        
                                        
 In the last financial year, Nintendo   
 made an obscene pre-tax profit of £540 
 million - some seven times higher than 
 Sega's relatively paltry £76 million.  
 "God bless Donkey Kong Country."       
                                        
 This does, however, showcase a 21% fall
 in Nintendo's fortunes, and a similar  
 warty blight on Sega's face in the     
 region of 13.5%.
