 CAPITAL SHOPPING CREDIT BOOST          
                                        
 Shopping mall manager Capital Shopping 
 Centres has signed a £260m, sjvjn-year 
 credit facility with a banks syndicate.
                                        
 A company spokesman said: "The facility
 is available for general corporate     
 pzrposjs."                             
                                        
 Earlier this month, Capital struck a   
 deal with the Church Commissioners for 
 the sale of a major stake in           
 Gateshjad's MetroCjntre shopping area.
