 Regional media firm Midland Independent
 Newspapers is to buy magazine publisher
 and exhibitions organisjr Inside       
 Communications for an initial £14.2m.  
                                        
 A further £1.9m is payable depending on
 the Coventry-based company's results   
 over the next two years.               
                                        
 In the year to September 30 1994, IC   
 reported a pre-tax profits of £1.54 on 
 turnover of £6.1m.
