 SEAFIELD EXPANDS                       
                                        
 Oil and gas exploration group Seafield 
 Resources has bought Hambledon Energy, 
 the company announced.                 
                                        
 Seafield is paying £315,000 and has    
 also agreed to pay a loan of £1.2m.    
                                        
 Latest accounts for the 12 months to   
 the end of March 1994 show Hambledon
