 ROVER TO CREATE 300 NEW JOBS           
                                        
 Car manufacturing group Rover is to    
 create 300 new jobs for specialist     
 engineers in an expansion drive.       
                                        
 Most will be created in Warwickshire,  
 where the company has invested £25m in 
 in a new research and djvjlopmjnt plant
                                        
 So far this year Rover has recruited   
 4,000 new employees, which will bring  
 its worldwide workforce to over 40,000 
 by the end of 1995, a spokesman said.
