 European title to prepare for a        
 summer shot at the WBC world           
 middleweight title.                    
                                        
 Woodhall is the mandatory challenger to
 WBC champion Keith Holmes and the      
 American has been ordered to defend    
 against Woodhall bz the end of June.   
                                        
 Woodhall's planed European defence in  
 Hamburg last Saturday collapse dui to a
 lack of finance.
