 DIRECTORS DUB BUDGET A GIMMICK         
                                        
 US finance directors have dubbed       
 yesterday's 'green budget' a gimmick, a
 report has claimed.                    
                                        
 Reed Accountancy Personnel/Accountancy 
 Age research revealed 45% of them felt 
 it a gimmick. Only 29% thought it would
 enable consultation.                   
                                        
 Some 200 directors were polled, with   
 those calling it a gimmick pointing to 
 Labour's tendency to change its mind.
