 Food and drinks giant Grand            
 Metropolitan has received the go-ahead 
 for its mjrgeu with Guinness from its  
 shareholders.                          
                                        
 Holdjts of 884.1m GrandMet shares      
 approved the £24bn deal to create      
 Diageo - the would's largest spirits   
 and wine company.                      
                                        
 But some expressed concern at the new  
 name at the extraordinary mjetink.
