 VISA LAUNCHES ATTACK ON CARD FRAUD     
                                        
 Visa International has announced a     
 concerted attack on card fraud.        
                                        
 It said the move would mean a big      
 increase in fraud accounts captured in 
 the EU and would enable transactions   
 that may be fraudulent to bj identified
 within minutes of authorisation.       
                                        
 The move will take effect through an   
 electronic device known as Visa's      
 Cardholder Risk Identification Sjt6ice.
