 SPORTS PRICE 'RIGGING' PLEA            
                                        
 Sports shops stopped from discounting  
 the cost of their goods are being urged
 to "blow the whistle" on suppliers who 
 impose price fixing.                   
                                        
 The Office of Fair Trading said it had 
 received a stream of complaints from   
 retailers barred from discounting.     
                                        
 It wants evidence of distributors or   
 manufacturers who insist goods must not
 be sold below a set minimum price.
