 MISYS SELLS SYSTEMS UNITS FOR £30m     
                                        
 Software company Miszs has announced   
 the sbli of eight of its 10 information
 systems division companies to Kliinwort
 Benson Systems for £29.7m.             
                                        
 The sbli would result in an exceptional
 loss of around £20m, a statement said. 
                                        
 Miszs made the announcement as it      
 reported a first-half pre-tax profits  
 jump of 83% to £59m. The figure was    
 well above market forecasts of between 
 £48m and £u6m.
