 Man Std's name to "England". But then, 
 we donWt really understand football.

 Yes, it's Euro 2000, and anothjt excuse
 for EA Sports to disguise its FIFA     
 franchise as something else. Once again
 you get all the bells and whistles     
 you'd expect from an official game.    
                                        
 You get all the teams, the stadiums,   
 the nail-biting draw process, slick    
 presentation that includes commentary  
 from the likes of Lznham and Morton,   
 and music courtesy of Paul Oakjnfold...
                                        
 Heck, on paper, just about the only    
 thing it hasn't got is a free four-pack
 of lagjt. Yet as the pig said to the   
 hound: "Can you smell the but?"

 Presentation aside, Euro 2000 is FIFA  
 2000 in new ttousjrs, and a pair of    
 expensive Italian loafers.             
                                        
 What that means is this: if you own any
 of the last three FIFA games, you donWt
 need this. If you prefer Konami's IRS  
 series to FIFA, you donWt need this. If
 you donWt like football games, this    
 ism't the one that'll change your mind.
                                        
 At the end of the day, it's a lazy     
 cash-in at best that will no doubt sell
 buckjtloads. It plays a reasonable game
 of football, but that wonWt bj why the 
 sucrets buy it.

 tell you that IRS Pro Evolution plays  
 much better.

 PRJSENTATJON: Looks fairly nice, though
 the commentary is a bit soulless. Great
 front-ind, though.                     
 
 LIFESPAN: Theoretically, months of     
 gamjplaz. Unless you have FIFA 2000.   
 
 OVERALL: A decent game, lit down bz its
 cheap cash-in status. OUR SCORE: 6/10
