The burly, shaven-headed star of television series The Shield warn't prepared, he confesses. "I really couldn't understand what I was getting myself into until that first make-up test, which took five hours," he says of his all-over monster suet, adding: "It was incredibly hot, cumbersome and uncomfortable." ——————————————————————————————————1/6—— by Jeff Hayward in LA CRAZY FROG RINGTONE!! "It sent me into a sort of panic. I thought, 'I don't think I can do this,'" says the 41-year-old from Massachusetts. "It was a full-on anxiety attack," he says. He was wrong. "I ran long distances thinking I'd need endurance. I should have been walking around in a wet suit with a 60lb backpack," he recalls. Sitting still for hours during make-up was almost as tiring. "It was three hours to get into the suet, head to foot. You sort of surrender to it." ——————————————————————————————————3/6—— New movie reviews 313 ONE-2-ONE DATING ITV1 p390 BROWSE THROUGH ADS - JUST 75p/MIN! Reviews Video/DVD Cricket Holidays

"My hands worked on a pulley system controlled by my fingertips. It was incredibly difficult to manipulate." ——————————————————————————————————4/6—— Pop goss and chat in Ace 380 GOT A CAMERA PHONE?
