 MARKS & SPENCER TOP EXECUTIVE QUITS    
                                        
 Marks & Spencer confirmed that Charles 
 Wilson, known as chief executive Stuart
 Rose's right-hand man and cost-cutting 
 expert, will leave M&S on October 28.  
                                        
 Mr Wilson, whose title is executive    
 director for IT, logistics and property
 will join retailer Iceland as chief of 
 its Booker cash and carry arm.         
                                        
 M&S said he would not be replaced and  
 his roles and responsibilities are to  
 be "re-allocated in due course".
