  TWO ARABS MURDERED            
  AT ISRAELI PRISON             
                                        
 Two Palestinians held at an Israeli    
 desert prison camp were found stabbed  
 to death, said an army spokesman.      
                                        
 Army radio said police arrested another
 Arab inmate at Ketziot prison who      
 confessed to killing both men in a     
 homosexual dispute.                    
                                        
 But Palestinians said they believed the
 prisoners were killed because they were
 suspected of collaborating with the    
 Israeli authorities.                   
                                        
 There has been international criticism 
 of Ketziot for its harsh conditions.
