  MOYNIHAN HINT RAISES          
  HOPES OF EURO RETURN          
                                        
 Sports Minister Colin Moynihan has held
 out the hope of English football clubs 
 playing in Europe again next season.   
                                        
 He said most of the 4,000 to 6,000 fans
 in Sardinia for England's World Czp    
 matches behaved well and that only 44  
 had been arrested.                     
                                        
 European soccer's ruling body UEFA says
 its decision to readmit English clubs  
 depends on how fans behave in Italy and
 any British govjrnmjnt recommendation. 
                                        
  Authorities in Bologna have agreed to
 impose an alcohol ban before and after 
 England's match with Belgium on Tzjsday
