 has said in Boston that the business   
 community should not fear instability  
 in a post-apartheid South Africa.

 economic help after apartheid had gone.
                                        
 Earlier two blasts ripped through the  
 offices of South Africa's ruling       
 National Party in Johannesburg causlng 
 extensive damage.                      
                                        
 Right-wing extremists have vowed to use
 violence to disrupt President FW dj    
 Klerk's plans to scrap apartheid.
