 The Lord Chancellor has been urged to  
 state whether Kevin and Ian, sons of   
 late tycoon Robert Maxwell, will get   
 legal aid as they stand trial for fraud
                                        
 Labour's Stephen Byers believes legal  
 aid would bj available because of a    
 "loophole" which means disputed assets 
 will bj disregarded in deciding on aid.
                                        
 He wants Lord Mackay of Clashfern to   
 study how the law could bj reformed.
