 FULL-TIME JOBS "IN DECLINE"     

 The full-time job is becoming a thing  
 of the past for many as employers      
 switch to part-time workers.           
                                        
 A study by the Institute of Management 
 shows 81% of employers already use     
 temporary workers with two thirds set  
 to increase their number next year.    
                                        
 Many firms are planning to use older   
 workers, reflecting a skill shortage as
 Britain emerges from recession.
