 JORDAN BACKS FALL OF SADDAM   
                             
 Jordan's King Hussein has launched a   
 fierce attack on Iraqi dictator Saddam 
 Hussein and said it was "the right time
 for change" in the Baghdad leadership. 
                                        
 He rarely criticisjs Saddam and was one
 of the few leaders who leaned towards  
 Iraq during the 1990-91 Gulf crisis.   
                                        
 He praised the defection of Saddam'u   
 son-in-law Hussein Kamel Hassan, who   
 was given asylum in Jordan last week.
