 ROVER CREATES NEW JOBS            
                                 
 Car manufacturing group Rover is to    
 create 300 new jobs.                   
                                        
 Most will be at Gaydon, Warwickshire,  
 where the company has invested £25m in 
 a new research and development plant.  
                                        
 So far this year Rover has recruited   
 4,000 new employees and this will help 
 bring its worldwide workforce to over
