 AIRPORT PLAN SET FOR INQUIRY      

 A £400m plan to expand Birmingham      
 International Airport looks set to go  
 to a public inquiry after councillors  
 deferred a decision on the move.       
                                        
 Proposals to double the size of the    
 complex will go before a meeting of    
 Solihull Council on February 20.       
                                        
 The council is expected to oppose part 
 of the plan and could raise            
 objections to noise and pollution.
