 TWO REMANDED OVER BOY'S DEATH     
                                 
 A mother and her boyfriend have been   
 remanded in custody for a week accused 
 of killing her four-year-old son.      
                                        
 Phillip Tong, 18, unemployed, of       
 Oldbury, is charged with the murder of 
 Liam Wallis between February 9-12.     
                                        
 Jane Hulse, 24, of the same address,   
 also unemployed, is accused of         
 manslaughter. Liam's body was found by 
 police at the couple's first-floor flat
