 PM TO UNVEIL MILLENNIUM BUG PLAN 

 Tony Blair is to call for an           
 international bug experts summit to    
 help iron out the world's looming      
 millennium computer crisis.            
                                        
 The PM will also announce a £97m       
 programme to tackle the bug in Britain,
 in a speech in the City.               
                                        
 Mr Blair says hj has been listening to 
 the experts who have warned firms face 
 going bust if they do not act quickly.
