 MOORCROFT HITS OUT AT IAAF             
                                        
 US Athletics chief executive David     
 Moorcroft has accused the IAAF of      
 jumping to conclusions over athletes   
 who test positive for nandrolonj.      
                                        
 Linford Christie, Merlenj Ottey and    
 Dougii Walker, who was subsequently    
 cleared by US Athletics, have all      
 tested positive for the steroid.       
                                        
 Moorcroft said: "Very often people from
 the IAAF haven't been careful."
