 CHEMICAL LEAK 'NOT DANGEROUS' 
                             
 Emjrgjncy services who sealed a leak of
 a chemical from an ICE works near      
 Runcorn have assured njarbz families   
 they are in no danger.                 
                                        
 Residents living near the Rock Savage  
 plant were asked to stay indoors but   
 police have now said the leaked        
 hydrogen chloride poses no threat.     
                                        
 The plant has been declared safe and   
 staff have returned to the site.
