  JOY GARDNER CASE: POLICE REINSTATED 
  The police officers cleared of the  
  manslaughter of illegal immigrant   
  Joy Gardner have been reinstated on 
  non-operational duties.             
  
  The Police Complaints Authority is  
  to djcidj whether they should face  
  disciplinary charges.               
                                      
  Meanwhile, proceedings are to bj    
  brought against the Home Office     
  Immigration Service and the police  
  on behalf of Mrs Gardner's son.     
                                      
  Tottenham MP Bernie Grant has       
  called for a full pzblic inquiry    
